About AZ Medical

Founded in 2001, by Zhanka Coleman, AZ Medical was built on a simple but powerful premise: physicians should be empowered to practice medicine — not be burdened by inefficient systems. Operating across multiple states, the firm quickly became a trusted partner for medical practices seeking structure, compliance, and sustainable growth.

Long before digital transformation became an industry buzzword, AZ Medical was among the first healthcare consulting firms to fully embrace emerging technology — converting traditional administrative workflows into streamlined digital operations. This forward-thinking approach helped new clinic startups avoid costly missteps, including credentialing delays, payer contracts structured against provider interests, unstable IT infrastructures, and poorly engineered clinical workflows.

For established clinics, AZ Medical developed a reputation for rigorous operational analysis and data-driven strategy. By meticulously evaluating performance metrics, revenue cycles, and workflow efficiency, the firm ensured providers were properly supported and reimbursed for the full scope of services delivered — enhancing patient outcomes while strengthening profitability, compliance, and operational stability.

A New Era of Leadership

In 2026, AZ Medical entered its next chapter when it was acquired by husband-and-wife team Kyle Jaworski and Anissa Jaworski. Combining complementary expertise in analytics, technology, and healthcare operations, they expanded the firm’s capabilities to deliver next-generation solutions tailored to the complexities of modern medicine.

With an extensive national network of healthcare attorneys, accountants, IT engineers, certified professional coders, medical billers, and experienced clinical and administrative leaders, AZ Medical now integrates advanced AI-driven technologies to solve the challenges that overwhelm today’s practices — administrative overload, billing inefficiencies, compliance exposure, and staffing strain.

For startups, the philosophy remains clear: do it right the first time.

For established clinics: optimize, scale, and lead with confidence.

Today, AZ Medical stands at the intersection of healthcare expertise and intelligent technology — building resilient, profitable, and future-ready medical practices.

Leadership

Kyle Jaworski

Kyle Jaworski brings a rare combination of engineering precision and healthcare innovation to AZ Medical. A graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Kyle began his career working alongside leading healthcare institutions to prototype medical devices and engineer practical solutions for physicians and surgeons.

His work focused on improving the tools and systems clinicians rely on every day — blending technical design with real-world clinical application.

Today, Kyle channels that same analytical rigor and technical creativity into transforming how medical clinics operate. With deep expertise in systems architecture, workflow optimization, and emerging technologies — including AI-driven analytics — he designs operational infrastructures that are efficient, scalable, and built for long-term sustainability.

His approach ensures practices are not only technologically advanced, but strategically engineered to perform at the highest level.

Anissa Jaworski
Anissa Jaworski brings frontline clinical excellence and operational insight to AZ Medical’s leadership. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Augusta University and served as a critical care nurse in the intensive care unit at Emory Healthcare during the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Her experience in high-acuity environments shaped a leadership style grounded in precision, accountability, and patient-centered care. Anissa understands firsthand how administrative systems directly impact clinical performance, staff wellbeing, and patient outcomes. She ensures that every operational structure AZ Medical implements supports providers at the bedside while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and financial integrity.

Together, Kyle and Anissa combine engineering innovation with clinical expertise — aligning technology, operations, and patient care into a unified strategy for modern medical practices.

Outside of their professional leadership, they are devoted parents to their son Kane and passionate travelers who value exploration, perspective, and lifelong learning — principles that also guide their work.
